Since 2019, HomePark.ca Management has done one thing well: provide comfortable, affordable places to live in Ontario. The model is simple. You buy your home, lease the lot it sits on and pay one monthly lot rent.

That long-term view shapes every decision we make, from keeping lot rent fair to reinvesting in roads, common areas and the everyday upkeep that makes a community feel like home.

Our approach

How we run our communities

Good operators are made in the day-to-day. Here's what residents can expect from us: the things that keep a community stable, fair and worth calling home.

  • Clear, fair lot rent

    Your lot rent is set out in your lot lease. Depending on the community, it can include land tax and garbage, plus water and sewer at select parks.

    Costs stay transparent. Your lot lease spells out what your lot rent includes before you sign.

  • Stability you can plan around

    Your lot lease is a residential tenancy under Ontario's Residential Tenancies Act. We're long-term owners, not here for a quick flip.

    Your home is yours. Paint it, upgrade it or sell it, within community rules. The home is yours.

  • Hands-on care and maintenance

    We manage and maintain every community ourselves, from roads and common areas to everyday upkeep.

    People over portfolios. A name and a phone number you can reach — not a call centre three provinces away.

  • Affordable, on purpose

    Keeping homeownership within reach is the whole point. We keep lot rent fair and reinvest in the communities we own.

    We're here for the long run. Long-term ownership means a community that's cared for, not cashed out.
